ABOUT ME
I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor holding an MSc. in contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute in London.

My clinical work as a psychotherapist has been in a diverse range of settings; from low-cost counselling services, universities, women’s refugees and homeless service centres.
My expertise encompasses a wide array of issues, including eating disorders, bereavement, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, cultural differences, depression, long-term illness, relationships, trauma, phobias, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, self-harm, divorce, LGBTQ+ counselling, spirituality, women's issues, work-related challenges, loneliness, and drug addiction.
My own background and specialist training has kept me culturally informed and has helped me to successfully work with ethnic minority groups.

This has made me passionate about working with people from oppressed and marginalised groups in society who are facing challenging life experiences as a result of their difference.
